This tranquil abode welcomes you with its own private terrace, garden, and covered parking. Featuring ONE large bedroom with a king-size bed and 1 modern bathroom with a mosaic shower, Sangiovese Home spans approximately 70 sq mt. The spacious living room boasts a cozy fireplace, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.   Step outside to the garden and enjoy outdoor dining with the  Weber barbecue. The Villa has direct access to the eco-infinity salty pool (shared with Brunello accommodating 6 guests, and Sangiovese 2 guests) faces the sunsets.   ALSO INCLUDED: fully AC in each room, SMART TV, WI-FI, LINES, TOWELS ALSO FOR THE POOL, HAIR DRYER, DISH WASHER, WASHING MACHINE. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED. FARM PRODUCTS AND VISIT OF THE OLIVE OIL MILL AND THE FARM.   A library of English language books is provided in each villa.
