This cozy villa features one bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom boasting a deluxe maxi shower.

Decorated with tasteful Umbrian accents, the approximately 60 sq. mt. space includes a large living room with International TV, fully AC, complimentary Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen corner with a ceramic wood-burning stove.

Step outside to enjoy the serenity of the garden, fully furnished porch, and Weber barbecue for alfresco dining.

Relax by the large infinity salty pool and enjoy the maxi Jacuzzi, shared with the adjacent Frantoio cottage.

Enjoy and taste the farm-fresh products and take part in the tour of Fontanaro private olive oil mill.

INCLUDED AMENITIES: fully AC, SMART LCD, Wi-Fi indoor, linens and towels (including for the pool), hairdryer, dishwasher, and washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped. A welcome basket with the organic products from the main farm Fontanaro (5min driving distance from Fontegirasole property) is provided upon arrival.

A library of English language books is provided in each villa. You can browse the selection of art books, guides, maps, brochures and tourist information about the wonderful places to visit in the area.

PLUS: We are able to provide you with any extra service you might need, such as airport transfers, excursions and events. We can also provide tailor made services that you might wish to have.
