Step outside to the terrace, complete with a gas barbecue for easy alfresco dining enjoying surroundings.

From the villa and its shared infinity eco-swimming pool, soak in the breathtaking sunsets over the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside.

The Villa is located at a walking distance from the village Paciano, less than a five-minute, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, a grocery shop, ATM, pharmacy, a delightful kids garden.

ALSO INCLUDED: fully AC in each room, SMART TV, WI-FI, LINES, TOWELS ALSO FOR THE POOL, HAIR DRYER, DISH WASHER, WASHING MACHINE. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED. FARM PRODUCTS AND VISIT OF THE OLIVE OIL MILL AND THE FARM.
