Welcome to Desiderio of Fontegirasole – a Fontanaro property – located in the countryside of our village Paciano, where luxury meets nature in the heart of Tuscany-Umbria.

Named in honor of the renowned super Tuscan wine Desiderio by Avignonesi, this guest house is situated just 20 km from the Avignonesi vineyard at Fattoria le Capezzine, between Cortona and Montepulciano.

Spread across 2 floors, Desiderio guest House is a unit of Fontegirasole, a building split into 5 units, with 4 units belonging to Fontanaro and one private.

On the ground floor a large living room with smart TV, the fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom.

The first floor features 2 large bedrooms, one double bedroom and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Step outside to a covered patio equipped with a dining table and Weber BBQ, garden and parking for exclusive use.

From the garden, enjoy direct access to the eco-salty infinity swimming pool, shared with the other four units of Fontegirasole farm, where each units has is private gazebo, space and pool beds.

INCLUDED AMENITIES: fully AC, SMART LCD, Wi-Fi indoor, linens and towels (including for the pool), hairdryer, dishwasher, and washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped. A welcome basket with the organic products from the main farm Fontanaro (5min driving distance from Fontegirasole property) is provided upon arrival.

A library of English language books is provided in each villa. You can browse the selection of art books, guides, maps, brochures and tourist information about the wonderful places to visit in the area.

PLUS: We are able to provide you with any extra service you might need, such as airport transfers, excursions and events. We can also provide tailor made services that you might wish to have.

We are passionate in what we do and we can make you feel at HOME away from your home! The concierge team will help you with everything you might need during your stay at Fontanaro.

Our welcome team is composed of professional bilingual Italian operators and they knows all about Umbria & Tuscany and they can give you detailed tourist information all time.

All guests are personally welcomed and will receive personal attention and care during their stay.

Everything possible will be done to assure an unforgettable holiday experience. When in season, guests may take advantage of free products (fruit and vegetables) from the organic garden of the main farm Fontanaro.
