Frantoio a portion of the main house Fontanaro built in 1893, offers a romantic retreat with breathtaking sunset views from the garden.

This charming villa features 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and 1 bathroom with a luxurious maxi shower.

Decorated with tasteful Umbrian touches, the approximately 65 sq mt space includes a large living room with TV, Wi-Fi access, along with a well-equipped kitchen corner. Frantoio also offers a private patio with outdoor furniture, garden, covered parking and a Weber barbecue.

Surrounded by a large grass lawn adorned with lemon trees, an extensive collection of old English roses, various flowers, and a vegetable garden, Frantoio Villa offers a tranquil escape.

Guests can unwind in the large infinity swimming pool and maxi Jacuzzi (shared with Leccino cottage, 2 persons).

Enjoy and taste the farm-fresh products and take part in the tour of Fontanaro private olive oil mill.

INCLUDED AMENITIES: fully AC, SMART LCD, Wi-Fi indoor, linens and towels (including for the pool), hairdryer, dishwasher, and washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped. A welcome basket with the organic products from the main farm Fontanaro (5min driving distance from Fontegirasole property) is provided upon arrival.

A library of English language books is provided in each villa. You can browse the selection of art books, guides, maps, brochures and tourist information about the wonderful places to visit in the area.

PLUS: We are able to provide you with any extra service you might need, such as airport transfers, excursions and events. We can also provide tailor made services that you might wish to have.
